If you aren't satisfied with your purchase from MarylandHats.com, send your item back within 14 days of receipt for easy returns & exchanges on all qualifying domestic orders. *for unqualified returns and exchanges, please read "Qualifications" tab below.
You cover the return shipping and we'll do the rest.
We accept returns on your original form of payment for a minimum $6.00 restocking fee. Exchanges have no fee.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
- Product must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- No visible signs of use present including stains, perfumes, wear, etc.
- All tags must be intact.
- Items must be shipped back with the original packing slip included.
- No returns accepted on sale items.

3 || An email will be sent when your item is received and your return or exchange is processed.
DAMAGED or INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
· If you have received the wrong or damaged item, notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label for the return.
REFUNDS
After your return has been processed it will typically take 3-5 days for the funds to shown on your bank statement.
· Return shipping is non-refundable, unless you receive damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
· Refunds on discounted or sale items will be refunded at the prorated amount.
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
· All orders are sent with free shipping. Returns will be subject to the original shipping fee deducted from the total amount of the refund.
· International Returns - unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
LATE RETURNS
Customers have 14 days to send back purchases made at MarylandHats.com. Returns postmarked after 14 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS
Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, or scents will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All return shipping charges are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
LOST & DAMAGED RETURNS
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to return items via a traceable shipping method.
